No wonder he is sooooo jolly!

We spent the night at Blue Earth Minnesota. I have known for years that they have a wonderful rest area-maybe one of the nicest from W.PA to Idaho but I finally got to see a bit more of the home of the Jolly Green Giant. That would be me looking up his tunic and giggling at his giant brussel sprouts.

The ground here is such a rick dark color- it really could look blue, very dark blue, but it sure does great veggies- even brussel sprouts are bigger here-ummmm.
