Ayuda por favor- aka help please

So, I am pretty computer illiterate at times and my teacher is off playing in the Peruvian Forests so I am reaching out and asking if there is someone who can gently and with great detail tell me how to do the "click here" stuff that takes you to either a different website or a picture. Also when my sister gets her website up for her kennel I want to be shameless and advertise it for her and I dont know how to do that either. Remember to type real sloooooowwww cause .... ok I was never a blonde but my sister is and sometimes I think I got a touch of it through association. I wouldn't say that if I thought she would read this but she wont- well not until now-hehe.
