Another one out the door
So much for that great idea that this year is all about Me, Me, Me. Another comfort quilt just went out the door. This one is for a 16 year old who is undergoing an 8 hour surgery on his mouth as I write this. He will be out of school for atleast 4 weeks. I made this quilt for all his friends to sign. More comforting then a signature book or those silly little autograph dogs like I had when I was a kid. I would sleep with mine and wake up with names smeared all over my face.
I am about a month behind on my first month of the Block of the Month club. I hear that they are mailing out Feb. this week- Ah well. This stuff IS all for ME so there is no real time frame.
